Cache Terms of Use

Effective date: October 25, 2026

These terms apply when you use the Cache: Habit Rewards app ("Cache"), made by Blake Overstreet ("we", "us"). Cache is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement; if the two ever conflict, Apple's agreement wins. By using Cache, you agree to both.

Using Cache

You may use Cache for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse the app.

Your content is yours. Habits, rewards and notes you create belong to you. They stay on your device and, if you use iCloud, sync through your own private iCloud account (see the Privacy Policy: cachehabits.com/privacy). We don't keep a copy, so we can't recover your data for you. If you don't use iCloud, your data can be lost if your device is lost or the app is deleted, so keep device backups if it matters to you.

Rewards are self-chosen. Rewards in Cache are ideas you write for yourself, such as "fancy coffee". Points, gems, belts and rewards have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and aren't prizes from us. Reward drops are random by design.

Cache Premium

Cache is free to use. Cache Premium adds unlimited habits, unlimited rewards and Terminal style. You can get it as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Lifetime never renews and isn't charged again; the renewal and cancel terms below apply only to the monthly and yearly plans.

The free plan includes 3 habits and 5 rewards. If your monthly or yearly subscription ends, you choose which habits and rewards stay active; the rest are paused, never deleted, and come back if you subscribe again.

If we change Premium's price, Apple will notify you as required before it applies to your subscription.

Not medical advice

Cache helps you track habits you choose. It isn't medical, fitness, nutrition or mental health advice. Check with a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or health routine.

No warranty and limits of liability

Cache is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but can't promise it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, from using the app. Apple's license agreement above also limits liability. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer laws that can't be waived.

Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms. When we change the terms, we'll update this page and its effective date. You can stop using Cache at any time by deleting it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
